Their work sits across marketing, operations, technology and commercial growth, with a strong focus on delivery marketplaces, direct online ordering, CRM, loyalty, retention and brand partnerships.

The Role: Growth Marketing Manager

This is a practical, output-focused role supporting and eventually leading the delivery of client work.

You will work closely with the founder and wider team to manage client accounts, deliver campaigns, support marketplace and direct ordering activity, build CRM systems and help keep clients moving forward.

The role is suited to someone organised, sharp, commercially minded and confident using AI tools to work faster, think better and build smarter systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, hospitality marketing or account management.
• Keep client work organised, track actions, prepare updates and help ensure delivery stays on track.
• Create CRM and email marketing campaigns, write copy, build automations, improve segmentation and support repeat revenue.
• Support owned-channel growth across direct ordering, click and collect, catering, loyalty and customer retention.
• Support marketplace performance across platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Mr D or similar.
• Turn performance data into simple, useful updates showing what happened, why it matters and what should happen next.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms to build workflows, SOPs, templates, reports and internal systems.
• Support the improvement of client delivery processes as the role grows.

About You

• You have 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, hospitality marketing or account management.
• You have excellent written English.
• You have strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• You have experience with email marketing, automations or customer retention.
• You are commercially minded and confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• You are highly capable with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• You are proactive, calm, reliable and able to work independently.
• You have a solid track record and a people-first working style.
• You may have experience in hospitality, restaurants, QSR, food delivery or food brands.
• You may have experience with platforms such as Mr D, Uber Eats or similar delivery marketplaces.
• You may have experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SevenRooms, OpenTable or HubSpot.
• You may have experience managing client accounts, creating reports, SOPs or internal processes.

Growth Opportunity

This role starts with support and delivery, with the aim of growing into a more senior role over time.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of client accounts, improve delivery processes, support future CPG brand activations and eventually help hire, onboard and lead new team members.
