Are you a dynamic and driven internal recruiter looking for your next role? Our client, a listed financial services business is looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team.

POSITION INFO:
As the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the research, development and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation.

To apply for the role you will:

Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology
5 years experience in an HR role with a major focus on recruitment in a large corporate within financial services.
