Duties:
Inspect and repair leaks along pipelines, fences, and other infrastructure to ensure safety and operational efficiency
Maintain pathways, gardens, and outdoor facilities to uphold the lodge’s pristine appearance
Water, fertilize, and care for trees and potted plants routinely
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of ponds, pools, fireplaces, and outdoor furniture
Ensure waste segregation and recycling procedures are followed according to environmental guidelines
Assist with guest luggage delivery and collection, representing the lodge’s high service standards
Regularly check and report on equipment and machinery condition, ensuring proper use and storage
Manage storeroom cleanliness and the safe storage of chemicals and poisons
Communicate proactively with management regarding maintenance needs and deviations
Requirements:
Grade 10 qualification
Valid Driver's Lisence
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Physically fit and healthy
High trustworthiness and reliability
Commitment to environmental sustainability
Strong teamwork, time management, and customer service orientation
