Graphic and Web Designer

POSITION INFO:

In order to be considered the following is required:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the advertising industry
• Proficient in the following software:

1. Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
2. PowerPoint or Google Slides (presentation design experience preferred)

• AI tools knowledge (e.g., generative design or automation tools)
• Content Management System (CMS) experience, especially WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Chase Management Software (project and workflow management)
• Photography skills (shooting, editing and optimising images for digital use)

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts and visual ideas in line with briefs and marketing objectives
• Create and manage full corporate identity rollouts, including logo development, brand guidelines and supporting visual elements
• Design and prepare artwork for magazines, brochures, flyers, pull-up banners, marketing collateral, signage and vehicle branding
• Produce HTML banners, animated GIFs, PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations and other digital assets for web and social media use
• Conduct research on current design, advertising, and marketing trends to ensure creative outputs remain fresh, innovative and relevant
• Prepare and package final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring all specifications, colour profiles and formats meet supplier and platform standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and quality standards
• Perform general administration tasks related to design projects, including file organisation, archiving and communication with suppliers or clients
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies (AI)
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints

• Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and project tracking using Chase Software Management (or equivalent workflow system)
