Graphic Designer and Sales Administrator

Graphic design Certificate or Diploma is essential
Minimum of 2-3 years Graphic Design experience is essential
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator 
Strong MS Office experience
2-3 years Sales and Marketing experience
Own transport is essential due to regular client visits / meetings
Strong customer liaison experience

All rounder required with Graphic Design, PA, Sales and Marketing experience
Meet day to day requirements of COO including diary management and administration functions
Create visual concepts using computer software
Communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate consumers
Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, billboards, banners, brochures, magazines and corporate reports 
Meet with celebrities and attend launches
Bring the brief and concepts to life on the client's needs and vision, keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind
Prepare mock-ups and presenting to clients before deciding on a final design / concept
Editing proofs to client's specifications before finalising artwork
Manage digital media
Graphic design to create labels, posters, banners and any other adverts
Plan and arrange factory tours, celebrations, team building events and promotions
Competitor analysis
Project planning and minute taking 
Prepare quotations, letters, presentations and reports
Liaise with customers to increase market share by determining what their projections are in terms of orders and follow up to achieve those sales and in turn reach targets as set
Communicate special programs, present marketing / advertising programs and new products
Collect competitive information
Resolve client problems and complaints
Sell all products and concentrate on high performance products and value-added selling 
Contact existing clients on the database requesting orders 
Do orders and invoicing on Pastel Evolution
Achieve the sales objectives of the company
Generate sales reports and completing paperwork
Process sales orders on Pastel Evolution
