Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Salary:                 R15 000 per month
Area:                    Pretoria East

This reputable Boutique hotel/business is looking for a young vibrate person to join their dynamic team.  Someone that is willing to learn, at the start of their career and to show their talents and creativity.
Requirements:
Qualified graphic designer
Creative
Non smoker
Eloquently spoken & well kept
Attention to detail
Good communicator
Driving license
Own car
All Administration responsibilities highlighted:
  1. Training: bookings, organization, certification, etc
  2. Database maintenance
  3. Sending out of promotions to database, consultants, etc
  4. Office grocery shopping & post
  5. Assisting with answering the phones
  6. Assisting MD and GM with various functions
  7. General office duties
Key Skills in All MARKETING functions related to the company to include:
  1. Liaising with media for give always and editorial
  2. Booking promotional space in the magazines
  3. Ensuring all promotions for salons as well as brands are timeously designed and promoted
  4. Working closely with Social media company to ensure brands are adequately featured
  5. Working closely with MD on all marketing related items 
All GRAPHIC DESIGN functions related to the company to include:
  1. Promotional Branding, Editorial Design and Layout Design utilizing corporate identities per brand.
  2. Below the line Advertising including; Direct Mail Campaigns, Internal Campaigns, Brand Activation, Point of Sale, Ambient Advertising.
  3. Above the line Advertising including; Print, Outdoor and Web Advertising.
  4. Production Management Service to ensure all print work is of the highest standard.
  5. Participating in the development and execution of company marketing and promotional strategy.
  6. Assisting in creating innovative and effective tailor made promotions for each brand.
  7. Compile brands newsletter from wording provided and email out to database. 
  8. Compile brands monthly promotions and email out to database.
  9. Update and compile Marketing calendar for brands from information provided.
