Graphic Designer

Freedom Won has an opportunity for a Graphic Designer with design, social media creation and conceptualisation skill sets, who
will be working closely with our Marketing Team to create the content for our website, social media platforms, in house
collateral, etc.

As a Graphic Designer on the Freedom Won team, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Freedom Won and
expand our reach in the market. In this role, you’ll help our business meet its goals by elevating the visual communication
toolkits through tailored designs and brand communication. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase the power of Freedom
Won and enhance the design experience for our customer and their teams.

The Graphic Designer contributes directly to Freedom Won’s business success by helping distributors, grow their content
libraries and inform Freedom Won’s product development through qualitative and quantitative data gathered in the projects.
Your goal as a Graphic Designer will be to support Freedom Won’s client design requests and internal requests for marketing
collateral, social media posts, website and any design related tasks.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will work to provide high quality designs and look for opportunities to elevate
Freedom Won’s brand. You will help evaluate the needs of the distributors in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, work
within project timelines, manage time effectively and deliver high quality work that exceeds all expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process, react and solve problems as they arise.

• Design a wide variety of materials allowed under the brand standards and protocols.
• Able to create presentations and fact-based/educational materials for print, digital & social media campaigns.
• Create signage and flyers, website visuals and video content.
• Comfortable working short and long term projects that partner with other in-house teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing team and management to implement effective creative in support of talent engagement
activities.
• Learn, understand, and deploy the brand initiatives in all materials.
• Create, layout and revise deliverables using established style guides, templates and branding guidelines.
• Support the buildout and set up of self-service creative materials and templates.
• Consult and advise marketing team and partners on creative solutions to requests.
• Working with manager, prioritize and organise work to meet deadlines.
• Finalize all artwork, electronic files and prepare for production.
• Support creative work of vendors, troubleshoot production related issues. Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while
offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output.
• Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and creative projects.
• Ensure that all work is visually appealing and created to specification.
• Ensure that all work produced is to a suitably high standard and within brand guidelines and specifications.

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant degree in design with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the graphic design industry.
• Excellent design knowledge and application.
• Exceptional visual trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to storyboard, compose visual ideas within the creative process.
• Conceptual creative and production skills with a good understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and
typography.
• Experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various marketing materials.
• Able to complete tasks within tight schedules and under strict layout controls.
• Strong verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organised.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social media advertising, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube including all ad formats and
placements.
• Proven skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including Power Point.
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Web design experience.
• Experience working in both an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.
• Motivated, organised, and flexible.
• Work well in a team environment and corporate environment.
• No criminal record.
