SUMMARY:
Our client a "creative and marketing solutions" company based in Johannesburg South is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 - 3 years graphic design working experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The design of logos, adverts, brochures, corporate stationery, stand graphics, signage, digital media and emailers
Ability to comply with Corporate Identity requirements.
Design, conceptulisation and implementation from start to finish.
Setup artwork for print.
Develop social media calendars.
Update and develop CMS websites
Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in graphic design
At least two years' print and web design experience is essential
Good working knowledge of production and print
Experience in creating print-ready artwork, die-traces and special finishes
Basic web knowledge CMS, Wordpress and Mailchimp
Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office - Mac-based
Experience in copywriting and proofreading
Advanced experience with WordPress
Creating HTML mailers
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong typographic and layout skills
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Task-driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Creative and innovative thinking
Proactive and willing to contribute to team brainstorms and projects
Great people skills and the ability to engage with team members, suppliers and business partners in a professional manner
Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Mature and responsible attitude towards work and able to take ownership of projects
Willing to work as part of a team and be open to new approaches / ideas, flexible and accommodating
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledgeable and passionate about all things digital
