Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Incanda Furniture, a well-known furniture manufacturer situated in Paarl, has the above opportunity available for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate is a detailed, creative team player with the ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and timelines, and has a sound understanding of brand identity and brand execution through a variety of mediums.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *website banners & social media ads design *digital and magazine ads design and coordination of placement *brochure designs for showrooms *designing and sending of weekly mailers *implementing the company’s signage requirements (vehicles, showroom branding, billboards, notice boards, etc.) *designing and buying of all point-of-sale marketing (showroom posters, pop-ups, banners, etc.) *designing and ordering of all showroom cards (business cards, price cards, shopping bags, etc.) *magazine & newspaper bookings and publishments *overall look & feel of company brand through all digital platforms *publishing of blog posts on the WordPress website *targeted marketing per showroom needs *purchase orders for all marketing expenses *assisting showrooms with marketing of functions/expo''s *all other tasks associated with the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Diploma in Graphic Design required;
• Diploma in Marketing/Interior Decorating will be beneficial;
• Minimum 2-3 years'' experience as Graphic Designer;
• Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign);
• Video editing and WordPress skills will be beneficial;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Own reliable transport.
