Graduate Recruitment Consultant Internship – 6 Months

Network Recruitment, a division of Advtech Ltd, is offering ambitious graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment. This 6-month internship is designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a professional, target-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:

Assisting consultants with sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting research on industry trends and talent markets
Managing candidate databases and job postings
Participating in interviews and assessments
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process

What we’re looking for:

A recently completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
