Our remuneration structure has a lucrative basic salary and commission earning from rand one.

As a recruiter you will be expected to

Build a Talent Pipeline of in-demand candidates
Business Development through cold calling and other sales techniques
Presenting candidates to clients
Full recruitment cycle
