POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to the Key Accounts Manager and team
• Set up for customer meetings
• Order and control product samples for tradeshows and presentations
• Handle product queries and general correspondence
• Type and distribute meeting minutes, deal sheets, and allocations
• Prepare spreadsheets and support expense claim processes
• Update new store openings and liaise with the Advertising Agency

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Excel and general computer skills
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence (trade visits required)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Good with figures and understanding of merchandising principles
