SUMMARY:
Montague Gardens, Cape Town. An excellent opportunity exists for a confident, customer-focused Graduate with good Excel and administrative skills to join the Key Accounts team of a well-established national supplier of on-trend gifting and stationery products to major retail chains.
If you’re an organised and detail-oriented Graduate with at least 2 years working experience looking to grow in a Key Accounts environment, this role is the perfect platform to kick-start your career.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Provide admin support to the Key Accounts Manager and team
Set up for customer meetings
Order and control product samples for tradeshows and presentations
Handle product queries and general correspondence
Type and distribute meeting minutes, deal sheets, and allocations
Prepare spreadsheets and support expense claim processes
Update new store openings and liaise with the Advertising Agency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years working experience
Strong Excel and general computer skills
Own transport and valid driver’s licence (trade visits required)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Good with figures and understanding of merchandising principles
