SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Roodepoort. Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Graduate Financial Accountant who is eager to build a career within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for finance, looking to gain valuable hands-on experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support the finance team with general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial procedures
Support audits and assist with audit preparation
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years’ relevant experience
Strong academic record
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
