Our client who is a giant in FMCG production is looking for a Governance Controller to add to their team. They are a leading world class organisation with decades of experience and production manufacturing. The role in question is suitable for a candidate that is assertive, innovative and solutions orientated. Someone who is eager and looking to enliven the team with evolving positive changes.

Education:

•             BCom qualification completed

•             1-2 years post article experience

•             Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience is preferred

Job Experience & Skills Required:

•             Managing the budget process

•             Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions

•             Evaluating accounting and internal control systems

•             Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed

•             Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
