Well Established Company based in the Midrand Area is urgently looking for a Mature Girl Friday to join their team. (3 month Contract with a view to go Perm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Requirements

Must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans
Matric
Computer Literate on MS Office

Duties

Answering calls from the switchboard
General Reception duties
Compiling and distributing mailshots and service reminder emails
Ordering of stationery and consumables
Managing BEE documentation
Basic office administrative tasks
Assisting Accounts Dept with leave forms and salary runs
Doing minutes and agendas for meetings
