German Speaking Sales Agents

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-orientated German-speaking Sales Executive, with outstanding communication skills, to join our client’s team.  The role will include dealing with a high amount of inbound and outbound calls and liaising between customers and transport companies to close sales and increase conversion rates.  To be successful in this role you should be courteous and professional whilst able to work efficiently. This candidate will demonstrate exemplary communication and consultative sales skills inclusive of strong negotiation skills.  They are in for the long run and are looking for dedicated professionals who can apply their skills and knowledge and further develop their talent.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Contacting new and existing customers through a high volume of outbound calls/emails
• Handling inbound enquiries from new/existing customers
• Collecting accurate information to provide reasonable quotes
• Closing sales through demonstrated product knowledge and rapport-building
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the transport providers
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and yearly targets
• Keeping up to date with German legislation and geographical changes

 Requirements

• Can speak fluent German is a MUST!
• 2+ years sales and customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
• Great communication skills
• Thrives in high pressure environments.
• Must be able to succeed on a team as well as a self-starter
• Ambitious, outgoing, and professional
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
