SUMMARY:
Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Consultants for a company based in Namibia.

POSITION INFO:

• Offers and processes direct sales options.

• Actively offers alternatives and ensures First Call Resolution.
  
• Seeks full understanding of client and customer requirements.
  
• Continuously updates product knowledge using reading, training, and coaching.
  
• Regularly reviews own performance against targets.
  
• Follows through with structure on all tasks given (e.g., e-mail, queue work, etc.).
  
• Understands and accepts the company vision, quality policy, and corporate values.
  
• Seeks opportunities for growth and development.
  
• Connects with own and other teams.
  
• Participates in team meetings and activities.

• Fluent German-speaking individual who can also speak English fluently.
  
• Eager individuals who would like to work from the comfort of their own homes
  
• A grade 12 certificate.
  
• Namibian citizen, permanent resident, and/or domicile.
  
• Ground fibre internet, with a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  
• Willingness to do shift work per Namibian Labour Law.

Benefits:

• N$25,000 per month
