Requirements

Tertiary qualification in HR (or in the process of completing)

· Knowledge of Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act)

· 5 years Human Resource experience

· 5 to 10 years Financial background and experience
Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Preferred requirements & skills:

· Strong knowledge of HR systems

· Analysis and assessment skills

· Strong financial focus and overseeing ability

· Judgement and problem solving ability

· Quality orientation with attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication
