About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized General Manager to lead our operations, with a strong focus on administration, customer relations, sales, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent business acumen and the ability to drive growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Manage administrative systems, processes, and reporting
• Lead sales initiatives, monitor targets, and drive revenue growth
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Oversee invoicing processes, billing accuracy, and collections
• Manage financial activities including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting
• Analyze sales and financial data to inform decision-making
• Supervise and develop staff, fostering a productive team environment
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior role
• Strong background in administration, sales, and finance
• Experience with invoicing systems and financial processes
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
• High level of organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant business/financial software
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
