POSITION INFO:

Opportunity for a General Manager for a vehicle dealership in Northwest province

Duties and responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff; Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments; Maintain and increase market penetration; Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the capacity as General Manager of a vehicle dealership
Considerable experience in Vehicle sales management or other dealership management
Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc.
Solid track reference and excellent management skills
Ability to ensure profitable business
Clear criminal record
Tertiary education and management training beneficial, especially Dealer development program
