SUMMARY:
Our client in PMB is looking for an experienced General Assistants to join their retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are familiar with the day-to-day operations of a retail store. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that the store is well-organised, products are easily accessible, and customers are assisted quickly and professionally.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Assist customers in locating goods and answering queries in a friendly manner
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and neatly organised
Replenish stock and rotate products based on expiry dates and demand
Understand and maintain store layout – know where different categories and items are placed
Support team members with unpacking deliveries and organising stock rooms
Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety standards
Assist at till points or other departments when needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail store environment (essential)
Strong knowledge of general store layout and product categories
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on duties
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent customer service.
