SUMMARY:
A position for a General Accounts clerk has become available within the logistics sector. You will need to have vast experience in Excel as well as foreign and local currency experience. The successful candidate will need to be a team leader, take initiative, is dedicated, hardworking and has an interest in overall Accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Cashbook capturing in excel.
Preparing daily payments to creditors.
Full function Debtors / Creditors local.
Compiling statements and invoices for overseas agents on excel.
Preparing all payments in foreign currency monthly.
Capturing of creditor invoices (in-house program).
General admin/accounts duties.
Liaising with staff and overseas agents on queries.
Liaising with staff and local creditors on queries.

Requirements
Matric.
Vast Excel profiency is a must.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Vast experience in the accounting sector.
