Salary R13K - R15K Live in

A Luxury 5 Star Game Reserve is looking for an experienced Reservationist to join the team.

Skills and Qualifications required:

Excellent command of the English language (Spoken and written)

Opera experience essential

Excellent communication skills with high level of telephone etiquette

A Hospitality Diploma

3 Years experience in a 5 Star Game Lodge within the Reservations Department

Computer experience: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Opera PMS

Experience in tele-sales

High degree of confidentiality and integrity

Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment

Well organised team player, capable of working independently, meticulously and with initiative
