Game Reserve Luxury Villa Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an dynamic individual with 5-star hospitality experience managing a luxury villa on a Game Reserve in the Grahamstown area in the Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Experience and knowledge in wine and food and beverage on a high-end level is required.  

Requirements:

• 5-star luxury villa, restaurant or yacht experience required – at least 3 years.
• Food & Beverage knowledge essential.
• Wine diploma or wine tasting experience required / cellar management.
• Energetic and dynamic.
• Must be able to manage a team.
• Must be flexible in terms of leave / days off.
• Must have good housekeeping knowledge and experience.
• Administration skills
• Excellent communication/ hosting skills.
