SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

* Looking for a Couple to Run Guest House
* 4-6 Years Hospitality Industry
* Friendly & Professional Personality
* Highly efficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, Teams
* Intermediate Cooking skills
* Documentation filing
* Valid Driver's licence
* Fluent in English & Afrikaans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Breakfast Prep & Service
* Bookings/Quotes & Checking in/out Guests
* Checking cleaning of Rooms
* Bank Statement recon
* Filing of Tax invoices, Accounts, Statements
* Updating of Monthly recons
* Expense Report on excel
* Ordering & Supplies for Kitchen & Cleaning
* Weekly update and Marketing Meetings with Head Office
* ManagingStaff Salaries & payments
* Handling Repairs, Maintenance, Quotes & payments thereof
* Staff related issues
* Organising of Storages areas
* Setting up of Deep Cleaning & Maintenance Priority Schedules
* Handling all Extra request from Guests
* Stock takes.
