GRAPHIC DESIGNER (DTP OPERATOR) - NELSPRUIT

SUMMARY:
Our clients, a dynamic and fast-paced company is seeking a talented and experienced DTP Operator (Graphic Designer) to join their team, who prides themselves on delivering high-quality designs and exceptional customer service in a pressured environment.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or DTP Operator in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with tele and counter sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with drafting invoices and quotes.
• Knowledge of accounting systems similar to BMS is advantageous.

• Meet & Greet Customers: Interact with customers in person and over the phone to understand their design needs and requirements.
• Determine Design & Production: Utilize your creative skills to conceptualize and design artwork that meets customer specifications and expectations. Manage the entire production process, from design conception to final output.
• Tele/Counter Sales: Handle sales inquiries and transactions both over the phone and in-person at our counter. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Drafting of Invoices & Quotes: Knowledge of drafting invoices and quotes will be advantageous. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered.
• Working on Accounting Systems: Experience with accounting systems similar to BMS (Business Management Systems) is desirable. Ability to navigate and utilize these systems efficiently.
