SUMMARY:
Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg / Remote Working Permitted
Salary: R35,000 – R42,000 per month, negotiable based on experience

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8 years' experience in global mobility, corporate travel, immigration services, international HR, workforce deployment or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country operations and international project environments.
• Working knowledge of international travel, visa, immigration, work permit and employment requirements.
• Experience with visa applications and immigration processes 
• Experience managing corporate travel arrangements and related processes.
• Experience coordinating international flights, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance and ground transportation.
• Experience managing external service providers and international stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requirements and last-minute changes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-service orientation with a professional and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards or travel/mobility management systems will be advantageous.
