Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update both electronic and physical filing systems.
• File, sort, and retrieve documents for inventory.
• Ensure inventory documentation is properly archived.
• Assist with stock data entry and system audits.
• Dispose of outdated records per policy.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ clerical or inventory administration experience.
