POSITION INFO:
We partner with leading asset managers, boutique investment firms, and financial institutions who are continuously on the lookout for dynamic and detail-oriented Fund Accountants. You will typically be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting of various investment funds, working closely with portfolio managers, compliance teams, and finance professionals across the business. Opportunities in this space often offer exposure to a fast-paced environment, regulatory reporting, and a clear career growth path.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting, Finance or related qualification (CIMA/SAIPA/SAICA advantageous)
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in fund accounting within an asset management or investment environment
Strong understanding of NAV calculations, pricing, and reconciliations
Exposure to various fund types (unit trusts, hedge funds, private equity, etc.)
Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in high-pressure environments
