Minimum requirements:

• Culinary qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3–5 years catering and event kitchen experience
• Experience with large-scale catering events
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Event Food Execution from set up to breakdown
• Food Quality Control
• Food Safety Compliance
• Strong cooking and food finishing skills
• Ability to manage food service at live events
