Duties:

• Design, build, test, and support scalable front-end and back-end software applications using technologies like C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
• Improve and maintain internal platforms such as booking systems, tracking tools, warehouse interfaces, and customer portals.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with analysts and operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve system bugs and performance issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Build and manage system integrations using APIs, EDI, XML, and JSON; automate processes to boost efficiency.
• Package and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines; provide technical support and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, recommend system improvements, and stay updated on software trends relevant to logistics and supply chain tech.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• IT-related Diploma or Degree

• 3–5 years of experience in software development
• Strong technical skills: ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, Rest API
• Experience with SQL Server 2019, MySQL, XSD, XML, JSON, EDI
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• System testing and diagnostic skills
• Must have own transport and broadband connection at home
• Willingness to work flexible/unsociable hours
