Front of House Supervisor (Restaurant)

Key Performance Areas include:

• Customer service with attention to detail
• Supervision of front of house and beverage staff
• Restaurant administration
• Understanding and owning the Company brand and leading by example to instil a passion for food and wine into staff on an ongoing basis

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Hospitality diploma or equivalent
• Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent people and communication skills
• A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
• A team player
• Strong administration skills

The Restaurant operates seven days a week, the successful candidate, would as such, be required to work weekends on a shift basis.
