SUMMARY:
Our client in Stellenbosch, Cape Town owns a Guesthouse on their Estate and has a fully functional Restaurant as well.

They are looking to employ a front-of-house, restaurant manager to commence duties soonest.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Requirements:

Restaurant knowledge and experience is a requirement for this position.
3 years or more front-of-house experience
Some local Stellenbosch knowledge of wine farms and restaurants is required
Must be able to work shifts (7-4 pm or 12-9 pm) and weekends.
Hospitality or any tourism diploma is an advantage.

Perks:

Shared tips (around R1000 per month, meal on duty, uniform, 3 weeks leave between May & Sept

Total Package to be negotiated with the right candidate
