• Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and a service-driven approach
• Handle daily administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• A Diploma in Event Management or Business Administration (essential)
• Proven staff management experience
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extroverted, engaging, and naturally client-orientated
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and the ability to think on your feet
