POSITION INFO:

Leading Retail Pharmacy Group seeks suitably FRONT SHOP MANAGER to join their dynamic team!

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Min 2 years supervisory and sales management experience / front shop
Retail Sales exp
Merchandising skills
Excellent customer services skills
Knowledge of payment systems
Health care product knowledge
Retail POS systems exp
Strong leadership skills
English and Afrikaans – good communication skills
Strong admin skills

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Maximizing sales for the branch

Extensive reporting on branch sales

Stock and merchandise – ensure availability

People management

Housekeeping / Compliance / H&S
