JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description

As a Receptionist within the Building and Construction industry, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting all visitors in a friendly, polite and professional manner, directing them to their point of contact.
Ensuring the reception area is kept in good order at all times.
Ensuring visitor procedure are followed for all visitors arriving on site and answering any questions in relation to the content outlined in the procedure.
Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages for unanswered calls and distributing promptly.
Monitoring and responding to emails.
Assisting staff and visitors with office related queries.
Working closely with management to complete any admin tasks required.
Reporting any office or site issues to the correct manager.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent PC skills; MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
