Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency
• Manage client relations, invoicing, stock & office coordination
• Assist with reception duties (calls, walk-ins, front desk support)
• Support the team and keep workflow running smoothly
• Package and dispatch orders with accuracy
• Contribute to sales initiatives and promotions

• Matric Certificate (recent matriculants welcome!)
• Computer literacy
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Professional appearance
• Bilingual – Afrikaans & English (spoken & written)
