JOB DESCRIPTION:

Front Desk / Reception Manager needed in Fourways

Beauty Therapy qualification.
3-4 years of working experience in a busy Spa / Salon establishment as a Front Desk Coordinator with some Management duties
ESP Systems experience & Computer Literacy (Excel, Word & Emails, etc)
MUST have Administrative & Management skills.
MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and spa standards, targets, revenue, cleanliness, etc.
Previous experience with taking bookings, answering calls, cash-ups & stock take, etc.
MUST have excellent verbal & written communication skills & be very proficient in English.
MUST have previous experience with working under pressure, managing stuff plus Front Desk s a whole
MUST be able to assist the other 2 Receptionists, the Spa Manager, plus the Doctor
