Front Counter / Panel Salesperson

SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter / Panel Salesperson to join an Automotive dealership's Parts Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive parts sales, with the ability to service both retail (walk-in) customers and trade/panel shop accounts.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:
Solid knowledge of automotive parts (exposure to VW/Audi brands will be highly advantageous)
Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service
Ability to manage both retail front counter sales and panel shop/trade clients
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases
Build and maintain long-term relationships with panel shop and trade clients
Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and timely follow-ups
Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation
Collaborate with the Parts Department team to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
