About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional counter service, managing telesales queries, and ensuring accurate identification, quoting, and processing of automotive parts. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a confident communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional front counter service to walk-in customers, ensuring accurate parts identification and quotations.
Manage telesales enquiries and process orders efficiently.
Maintain strong product knowledge across a broad range of automotive components.
Handle invoicing, order processing, and payment transactions with accuracy.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
Assist with merchandising and stock management at the counter when required.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales, with exposure to both OEM and aftermarket environments.
Strong ability to interpret parts catalogues and identify components accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer literacy with experience in invoicing systems and Microsoft Office.
Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
