• Previous experience in a similar role in a five star safari environment is a must!
• Must be Cidesco Qualified
• Computer literate to a high level
• Must have excellent massage skills
• Must have a good nature and be exceptionally well presented
• Must be confident and able to run the spa independently
• Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible and open to change
• Able to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Able to act decisively and quickly when necessary
• Must have a genuine passion for guest delight
• Must have brilliant references
