South Africa’s leading hospitality company is hiring. My client is looking for a seasoned Franchise Manager who will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and offer continuous support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Ensuring any changes/enhancements within the business are communicated and implemented timeously to the franchisee.
Successful onboarding of new franchisees and the implementation of new business initiatives.
Ensuring franchisor suggested systems/processes are deployed and adopted by the franchisees.
Identifying training needs within the network and providing necessary solutions aligned to our offering.
Preparations of training manuals for the network where necessary/possible
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to secure new Franchisees with profitable objectives.
Preparation and maintenance of franchisee agreements.
Ensuring process standardisation is implemented and maintained and be able to identify areas requiring corrective action.
Identifying consumer-centric growth opportunities for the brand to ensure its status as leading within the travel industry.
Ensuring the marketing, branding and promotion of the company’s brand is communicated and maintained in all franchisee communications/marketing activities
Supporting the marketing of our products to the company’s networks.
Supporting promotions and event functions to ensure successful measurable campaigns
Maintaining brand identity/ be the custodian of the brand

The ideal candidate has:

com degree or relevant qualification (Essential)
5 plus years’ experience in the same or similar role
Strong analytical and project management skills
Financial management knowledge
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Must have travel and tourism experience
