Foundation Phase Teachers (Grades R,1,2 and 3) – Co-Teaching Model

Duties:
Co-teaching in Foundation Phase classes with shared planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care responsibilities
Managing and facilitating learning within flexible Learning Hubs and Enquiry Studios
Implementing enquiry-based, experiential, and play-based learning strategies to foster engagement
Creating a collaborative classroom environment that promotes curiosity, questioning, and child-led exploration
Building strong relationships with young children to support their overall development
Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a forward-thinking educational model
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of teaching experience in the Foundation Phase
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for child development
Experience with CAPS curriculum and enquiry-driven, experiential learning is desirable
Benefits:
