Foreman required to lead a team working on high-end residential building projects in Paarl and Durbanville areas in Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Foreman required to lead a team working on high-end residential building projects in Paarl and Durbanville areas in Cape Town

Duties:

Recognise, report, and/or correct unsafe conditions on the site
Ensure the organization and availability of all tools and materials needed for the current days work as well as planning forth following day
Working directly with Architect and professional team
Working on the owners snag list
Supervise workers and trades people
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
Report on progress to managers

Our Client has numerous high-end residential and commercial building projects in the Boland area as well as the Durbanville area of Cape Town.
