SUMMARY:
Job Title: Workshop Foreman – Automotive Dealership (Fourways, Johannesburg)

Oversee daily workshop operations within an automotive dealership environment in Fourways, Johannesburg
Supervise, guide, and support a team of automotive technicians
Allocate and prioritise jobs based on technician skill level and workload
Ensure all repairs and services are completed accurately and within deadlines
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control on all vehicles
Diagnose complex mechanical and technical issues when required

POSITION INFO:

Provide technical assistance and on-the-job training to technicians
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and warranty procedures
Enforce health and safety regulations within the workshop
Monitor workflow efficiency to maximise productivity and turnaround times
Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment
Liaise with service advisors and management regarding job progress and updates
Handle workshop challenges and resolve technical or operational issues effectively
Support continuous improvement and skill development within the team
Must have a valid Red Seal Trade Certificate (Motor Mechanic / Automotive Trade)
