POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and administer Spot, FEC and FX Option transactions.
• Obtain and verify client instructions and FX rates.
• Manage FX settlements, BOP forms and related documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding and maintaining client records and mandates.
• Liaise with clients, banks, authorised dealers and internal teams.
• Ensure transactions comply with internal controls, client mandates and Exchange Control requirements.
• Maintain accurate systems, records and audit trails.

Minimum Requirements

• RE Examination completed.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, treasury, banking or a related environment.
• Knowledge of FX and Treasury Operations.
• Understanding of FX settlements and banking processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
• Strong administration, accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Client-focused, proactive, adaptable and professional.
