3. Proficiency in My Attorneys and CACS (bank-related systems).
4. Experience using GhostPractice.
5. Familiarity with Caselines.
6. Strong dictation typing skills.
7. Ability to perform general administrative tasks relevant to a defended foreclosure department.
8. Experience in drafting and processing legal documents under attorney supervision, including motions, pleadings, notices, sheriff's letters, and other litigation-related documentation.
9. Competency in managing case files and documentation, ensuring all files are current and well-organized.
10. Effective communication with clients, counterparts, and defendants.
11. Coordination with legal professionals to ensure timely filings, court appearances, reporting, and feedback to clients.
