POSITION INFO:
Our client, a well-established legal firm in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Secretary to join their team, with a primary focus on the Standard Bank foreclosure portfolio.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' plus  experience as a Foreclosure Secretary.
• Previous experience dealing with Standard Bank foreclosure matters is essential.
• Experience managing the full foreclosure process, from instruction to finalisation, will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of court processes, drafting legal documentation, and liaising with the Sheriff, Courts, and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in CACS, GhostPractice, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), and the relevant Standard Bank foreclosure systems/portals.
• Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume portfolio with accuracy.
