Foreclosure Paralegal

SUMMARY:
My client is Centurion is looking for an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Paralegal or related qualification (advantageous)
• Experience with Legal Suite, Debt Management, Vertigo, Swordfish, or Excalibur (advantageous)
• 4–6 Years’ proven experience in bank-related foreclosure litigation
• Manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Manage the full litigation process for foreclosure matters on behalf of banking clients
• Draft all necessary legal documents, including:
• Section 129 notices
• Summonses
• Warrants of attachment
• Notices and Conditions of Sale
• Other banking litigation documentation
• Liaise professionally with banks, debtors, sheriff offices, and other stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to tight turnaround times and procedural requirements
• Capture case progress and outcomes on the internal case management system
• Prepare progress reports as required
